About My Clients
If you woke up tomorrow and life was exactly how you wanted it to be, how would you notice it was different than yesterday? What would you do to continue to live the life that you imagine with your partner, children, or even parents? I want to help you to find how to put those choices in to practice using your strengths in order to change those ideas into habits.
My Background and Approach
I am working on my Master's Degree at Northcentral University. I have worked in the field of child welfare and juvenile justice for the last five years and I take a strengths based approach to therapy. I already know you have the tools you need in order find relief. We will work together to address any relationship issues or family issues that are bothering you right now.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change at any time in time in their life. When we get into unhealthy relationship patterns, it can be a challenge to get out of those learned patterns. I believe that you can unlearn these patterns in order to address those thoughts, feelings, and actions and replace them with healthy interactions.
