About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I am a couples and family therapist specializing in families dealing with children with ADHD, executive functioning, and behavioral issues. I help couples get on the same page with their relationship, create avenues for communication and work through areas of tension. I also offer ADHD coaching in individual sessions! I help families with parenting, better understanding and supporting their neurodivergent child and with creating a culture where each family member is seen and heard. My goal as a therapist is to create harmony, mutual understanding and respect in both relationships and families.

You are UNIQUE, so I will alter my approach based on your specific needs and goals. Therapy with me will be a collaborative partnership in which you will be empowered with tools to better communicate and function with your partner and family. Every one of my clients has what they need within themselves; I will act as a support for you to tune into your own mind and body. I will help you discover and live as your most authentic self. I help families to create strategies, tools, self care routines, and together ensure that your child is getting their unique needs met. Together we will create aligned goals and develop effective communication.
