My ideal client is committed to engaging in the therapeutic process to identify and address unhelpful patterns of behavior and thought. They may be neurodivergent, experiencing depression or anxiety, or facing challenges in adapting to life changes. This person is motivated to explore their thoughts, emotions, and reactions, with a focus on making meaningful changes in their life.
My Background and Approach
Although my approach is primarily person-centered, I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches. Understanding that each client is unique, I tailor my methods to best meet their needs. I believe that clients are the true experts of their own lives, and my aim is to provide services that are fulfilling and effective in supporting their journey.
