My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I value collaboration, creativity, and curiosity. I listen and share with empathy and compassion. All of my work draws from various evidence-based therapies we choose together, such as expressive arts therapy, narrative therapy, EMDR, CBT, tapping, mindfulness practices, and self-compassion therapy.
