Together, we’ll use the power of metaphor, embodiment, and traditional talk therapy techniques to help you strengthen your sense of self and create meaningful relationships.
My Background and Approach
As a drama therapist I take trauma‑informed and integrated psychotherapeutic approaches that focus on your unique strengths. Together we then use humor, games, and metaphor to play with themes that maybe don't always feel so playful in day to day life. The goal here is to engage and reframe how your body and brain work together. In this somatic based therapy we will find new ways to manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience.
