I have a passion for watching clients learn to love and take care of themselves in ways that feel both nurturing and empowering. I believe growth is found through vulnerability, compassion and commitment to self. I enjoy helping people navigate the transitions and challenges of life. I am passionate about supporting the LGBT+ community, trauma survivors, cycle breakers, healthcare workers and those struggling with body image concerns.

I have eight years of experience working with people from all walks of life utilizing evidence based practices.
