About My Clients
I work with adults and adolescents ages 15+ experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relational challenges, role changes, and emotional overwhelm that affects everyday functioning. This may show up in daily life as doom-scrolling, bed-rotting, canceling plans last minute, or becoming irritable with everyone and everything. I'm here to help navigate the challenges that stress, overwhelm, and transitions can result in.
My Background and Approach
I use a direct and collaborative approach with my clients, ensuring they have a say in their treatment plans. My techniques stem from evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to support your individual personal growth, achievement of goals, gaining insight, and building resiliency. My ultimate goal in our sessions will be to create a safe, inviting space where you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to share your true self.
