About My Clients
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, or major transitions start to impact your day-to-day functioning. You may be feeling stuck, emotionally drained, unsure of yourself, or unsure of where to begin. Therapy can offer a supportive space to process what you are carrying, build insight, and create practical steps toward change.
My Background and Approach
Using a combination of client-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused strategies, I help clients identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and work toward goals that feel meaningful and realistic. I offer telehealth sessions designed to be accessible, comfortable, and supportive from wherever you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when clients feel respected, understood, and actively involved in the process. People are not problems to be fixed; they are individuals with strengths, experiences, relationships, and systems that have shaped the way they move through the world. I believe that growth often happens through both compassion and accountability. Therapy can be a place to feel supported, but also a place to gently challenge patterns that are no longer helping. My goal is to create a space where clients can show up honestly, explore what feels difficult, and build practical tools for meaningful change. I value collaboration, curiosity, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. I believe clients are the experts on their own lives, and my role is to walk alongside them as they better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and move toward goals that feel realistic and personally meaningful.
