As a therapist, my task is to help you through these challenges you may be going through. Doing this, I use a collaborative, educational and holistic approach so we can work to not only set but achieve the goals you have for yourself in order to achieve ultimate wellness in multiple aspects of your life. To work on these goals, I use a multitude of therapeutic interventions and approaches that will help navigate through this therapeutic process. I also integrate different learning tools in my therapeutic approaches that can be integrated into your daily life even while we are not in session together. By doing this, you will learn how to find relief and balance in your life that can be used on a long-term basis.
