About My Clients
I have particular experience supporting adolescents and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges. As my client, you can expect my most authentic self in the therapy room. I believe authenticity fosters genuine connection—transforming a daunting process into one that's empowering and even enjoyable. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are, met with acceptance and understanding.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master's degree from Nova Southeastern University and am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. While newer to the field, I bring experience across individual, group, and couples settings, with a developing expertise in supporting adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Play Therapy, allowing me to tailor each session to your unique needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. I also thoughtfully incorporate creative methods, like music and art, to make therapy feel more engaging and personal—so the work we do together feels less clinical and more human. My goal is to ensure you leave each session feeling understood, supported, and equipped with practical strategies for lasting growth.
