My Background and Approach
I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from New York University. My passion is rooted in trauma-based work, which means I'll approach our time together with the intention of exploring how past or current experiences and behaviors have impacted your life. Together, we will explore the impact of these moments on your emotional responses, interactions with friends and family, and motivation to go after what you want! Together we can make it make sense and find a version of you that best aligns with your values, goals, intentions, and desires.
