About My Clients
I work with adults who often feel overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, or emotional stress. Many of my clients are used to “pushing through” their feelings, showing up for others, and handling responsibilities, but inside, they feel exhausted, disconnected, and misunderstood. Some of the concerns I commonly help with include: * Anxiety and constant worry * Difficulty communicating in relationships * Family stress or feeling misunderstood * Setting boundaries
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use a Person Centered Approach along with grounding techniques and psychoeducation to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In our work together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop tools you can actually use in your daily life. This may include learning how to challenge negative thought patterns, regulate anxiety, improve communication, and create healthier routines that support your well-being. I believe therapy should not only be a place to process your experiences, but also a space where you leave with skills that help you feel more in control and empowered outside of sessions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can be fully themselves without judgment. Healing doesn’t happen through pressure or perfection, it happens through understanding, compassion, and consistent support. I also believe that small, intentional changes can lead to meaningful growth over time. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin, showing up is already a powerful first step. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and encouraged as you work toward the life you want for yourself.
