About My Clients
I work with teenagers and adults with a wide range of issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, addiction, and many more.
My Background and Approach
My approach is eclectic and will pull from Person Centered, Adlerian, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused. I am trained in EMDR and Brain Based Hypnosis. I am always learning something new and will tailor each treatment plan to the individual client. My counseling style is direct, and solution focused. You will be treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. I will provide a safe space for you to process through your challenges and to arrive on the other side stronger than before.

I believe that you are the expert in your life, and I am here to walk alongside you while you find your way back to wholeness. I will help educate you and give you the skills you need to accomplish your goals. I will create a safe place for you to process through past trauma.
