Sam works with adolescents and adults. She has experience working with families, couples, and individuals. She has worked extensively with addiction, mood disorders, self-harm behaviors, anxiety, anger, identity/sexuality development, body image, self-esteem, trauma, personality disorders, and grief.

Further, Sam is an LGBTQIA+ affirming counselor who understands the lived experiences of the community. Sam utilizes a sex positive approach in therapy, and welcomes and affirms sexual diversity, differing desires and relationships structures.
