I work best with teens and adults who are neurodivergent (like me!). I love working with queer folks and those who live outside of the mainstream. My work often involves finding creative ways to regulate our nervous systems, independently and together.
My background is in somatic therapy, specifically dance/movement therapy. I find polyvagal theory to be a helpful tool for nervous system regulation as well.
