About My Clients
I work with people who feel weighed down by anxiety, relationship stress, family conflict, or patterns they can’t seem to break. Many of my clients are navigating transitions, coping with loss, or trying to make sense of experiences that feel overwhelming. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s really going on, and create new ways forward. My goal is for clients to feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
My Background and Approach
I completed my Master of Science in Family Therapy at Friends University in Kansas City, where I gained extensive training and over 1,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. My approach helps you notice patterns, understand how your experiences and relationships shape the present, and separate yourself from unhelpful stories. We’ll also build coping skills and practice new ways of responding so you feel more equipped to handle challenges. I draw on research and evidence-based practices, but keep the work focused on what matters most to you. Sometimes you know something needs to shift, but aren’t sure how—therapy can be the space where that change begins. You don’t have to go through it alone, and I would be honored to support you.
