My ideal client might want to work on anxiety, depression, relationships, work stress, existential fears, trauma, overall self-development , emotional regulation, grief, low self-esteem and skill building.
My Background and Approach
As a Therapist, Certified Life Coach, and EMDR practitioner, my passion lies with providing a safe, inclusive and compassionate environment which stimulates critical thinking, offers a collaborative process and an opportunity for self-exploration and growth. I believe that my clients are the experts on their own life. Life will often challenge us but we can work together on how we move forward. My framework is adaptable in order to meet each unique person aimed at integrating both the power of the mind and body as part of the healing process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person carries an inner wisdom that gets buried, not broken — often by trauma, fear, or the parts of us trying too hard to protect ourselves. My work isn't about fixing you. It's about helping you reconnect with what was whole in you all along. I believe healing happens in relationship — with a therapist, yes, but also with the parts of yourself you've learned to silence, exile, or fight against. Every part has a reason for showing up, even the ones that feel disruptive or unwanted. Curiosity, not judgment, is where change begins.
