My Background and Approach
My work as a therapist grew out of a lifelong interest in people’s stories and how we make sense of life’s challenges. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients navigating grief, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. These experiences have deepened my belief that meaningful change happens when we feel truly seen and supported. Clients often describe my style as warm, present, and collaborative.
