About My Clients
My ideal client feels stuck in patterns that insight alone hasn’t changed. You may understand your story, but still feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or caught in the same cycles. You’re open to going deeper—integrating emotional, somatic, and spiritual work to create real, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a student therapist pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University, with a concentration in mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling. My training includes trauma-informed, somatic, and relational approaches, and I am a Certified Focusing Practitioner. My background in wellness settings, along with my own experiences navigating health challenges, has shaped my understanding of the mind–body connection. I specialize in working with anxiety, relationship and attachment patterns, and feeling stuck in cycles that insight alone hasn’t shifted. My approach integrates mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and body-based practices to help clients build regulation, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change. I aim to offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin relating to your experience with more clarity and compassion.
