About My Clients
I have immediate openings and respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. I work with teens and adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck and want to understand why. Many of my clients are insightful but notice patterns they can’t seem to break, often shaped by past experiences or stress. If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, or relationship challenges, and want both deeper understanding and practical tools, we can work together to help you feel more in control and move forward.
My Background and Approach
My approach focuses on building awareness as the first step toward meaningful change. We work to understand the patterns, thoughts, and past experiences—including the impact of trauma—that may be shaping how you feel and respond today. At the same time, I provide practical tools drawn from CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you manage emotions, navigate stress, and respond more effectively in your daily life. Sessions are structured but flexible, balancing support with gentle challenge so you can make real, lasting progress—not just insight, but change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and in control of your own process. You are the expert on your life, and I’m here to support, guide, and challenge you in ways that align with your values and goals. I take a strengths-based, nonjudgmental approach while also being direct when it’s helpful. Open, honest communication is important to me—including talking through anything that comes up in our work together. I’m committed to creating an inclusive space for all clients and am especially mindful of the experiences of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals. I actively work to recognize and challenge the impact of privilege so therapy feels supportive, equitable, and empowering.
