About My Clients
My passion for psychiatry has guided my career for nearly a decade. I have extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, allowing me to work with a diverse range of patients and conditions. While I treat various psychiatric disorders, my primary areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, OCD, psychosis, sleep, bipolar and PTSD.
My Background and Approach
Empathy is at the core of my practice. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with my patients—treating them with the same respect, compassion, and dignity I would want for myself. My goal is to ensure that each person feels truly heard and valued, not just as a patient, but as a whole individual. Another approach I utilized in my practice is collaboration with my client in creating the best treatment plan that works for them and help them recover. Another approach is using evidenced-based medicine which is using research based approach guided by psychiatric guidelines and research to determine the best possible treatment that works for their condition.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests

To give a brief introduction about myself: I began my journey in the medical field by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas—one of the most prestigious and respected universities in my home country. My strong academic foundation and dedication to mental health led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing at Walden University, where I graduated with honors. I believe that Mental health is important for everyone, regardless of ethnicity, gender, or social status. Patients with mental health conditions need attention so they can function well in our community. If you are struggling, seek help—your well-being matters, and getting support can improve your life and relationships.
