I work to empower clients so they build their self-confidence and feel strong enough to handle their healing journey. Together we explore your past, present, and future to understand where you have come from and where you want to go. Together we will lighten the burden your carry on your shoulders.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with addiction, case management, and individual counseling focusing on relationships, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional abuse, and stress management. I am trained in EMDR which can be a safe way to explore trauma. All of these experiences and training have led me to believe that human connection is one of the most important things in our life. I understand when we are not happy in our relationships it can leak into other areas of our lives. I want to help you on your journey to a better you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in inclusivity. I believe love is love. While our cultural, ethnicity, race, religion, gender, social-economic status and sexuality play a part in who we are it doesn't take away from you being human. I will not judge you on your past, present or future and I am here to help you be the best version of yourself based on what you want out of life.
