About My Clients
Do you define yourself with words and phrases such as "Anxious", a "People-Pleaser", or someone who suffers from "Imposter Syndrome"? Maybe you feel like you should be accomplishing more in life but just don't know where to begin. Sometimes we have big goals or a lot of things to juggle and need help prioritizing and managing our time and expectations.
My Background and Approach
Together we will access your functioning levels in various aspects of life. Then we will work together to set goals (including actionable steps) to help you meet your full potential. As we review the roadblocks and troubles you encounter in your daily life, we will work on shifting your mindset by reframing negative thoughts into more productive and positive ones. Throughout therapy we will address numerous skills that will help you in achieving your goals. These may include things such as time management, communication, and boundary setting. Throughout the therapeutic process we will work to not only learn and practice these things in session, but also how to generalize them into your daily life and practice them in real time.
