Together, we explore the deeper emotional patterns shaping your life, how your past relationships, family dynamics, cultural experiences, and survival strategies may still be impacting you today. At the same time, I help you reconnect to the present through emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to your body and inner experience. I also support clients in building practical tools to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and feel more stable in their day-to-day life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I identify as South Asian and have lived experience navigating a diasporic identity. I understand the complexity of balancing collectivist cultural values with individuality, and how that can shape identity, relationships, emotional expression, and self-worth. I’m familiar with spirituality through practices like meditation, yoga, and Eastern philosophy. I’m open to incorporating spirituality or meaning-making into therapy in whatever way feels supportive and authentic to you.
