About My Clients
Deep understanding that my clients are the expert of their own experiences. I provide client-centered psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders. My specialization is engaging diverse populations with culturally sensitive methods. I have extensive experience working with torture survivors and trauma. Currently only taking clients 18+ and all visits are telehealth.
My Background and Approach
My passion is working with clients who have experienced adversities and watching them flourish as we work to overcome their past and current stressors. Life is challenging and having a space process and build perspective assists everyone. Building a tool box to have when your symptoms arise is the goal. Not every coping skills work in each situation, we will work on establishing multiple so you do not feel lost when you need the skills the most. My private practice also has psychiatry services. I will work closely with a psychiatrist to assist with medication management if that is needed during treatment.
