About My Clients

I work with a wide variety of clients and issues. Many of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, conflict, sexuality issues, low self-esteem, or shame. If you want to improve your relationships, increase your self-compassion, or simply find greater joy from life, I look forward to seeing you progress in therapy!

My Background and Approach

I believe that relationships are fundamental to happiness, and yet they often come with struggles. Loneliness, depression, anxiety, conflict, and stress challenge all of us–but sometimes the burden is too heavy to carry alone. My goal in therapy is to create a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space. I take a client-centered approach, which means I value my client’s input on their own care. While I can provide tools and insight, you know yourself best! I take a collaborative role in listening to your needs and guiding you through your treatment path.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in providing an unbiased and non-judgmental environment in therapy. We all come from different backgrounds, but I believe that we are all worthy of acceptance. I hold strong feminist beliefs, and am passionate about both gender and racial equality. While I identify as a Christian, I also strive to be an ally and a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals. Whatever your background, I hope to create an accepting space where you can uncover your personal strengths.
