About My Clients
Life can be beautiful, but I understand it doesn’t always feel that way. If you're someone who is used to being strong for others or holding everything in, making space for your own needs might feel unfamiliar—or even uncomfortable. When emotions become overwhelming, it can be difficult to navigate them alone, but you don’t have to.
My Background and Approach
I am gentle, collaborative, and intentional in my approach. We focus first on what you’re experiencing right now and how anxiety, grief, or emotional distress shows up in your body and mind. Together, we build understanding around your emotional responses and develop ways to restore a sense of safety and steadiness. Over time, our work supports resilience, emotional integration, and lasting change, so difficult moments feel more manageable and less consuming. In my work, I draw from evidence-based tools I have refined through training and clinical practice, supporting women through infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum anxiety. My goal is for you to leave therapy with practical techniques you can carry with you—tools that help regulate your nervous system, ground your thoughts, and bring relief in moments of overwhelm.
