I practice primarily from a relational psychodynamic lens, meaning I believe the therapeutic relationship is the primary source through which healing and change occurs. I believe we are complex beings that exist in many parts and that harmony with all parts of ourselves is possible. My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and strongly influenced by mindfulness practice. I also draw from internal family systems, narrative therapy, and body/somatic perspectives in our work together.
I have tremendous respect for the therapeutic relationship and each person's story. I believe that developing insight into your own inner life allows for deeper recovery and meaning making. I welcome you to come as you are with any uncertainties, frustrations, or distress. All of your experiences matter on this journey of living your life with greater ease and purpose.
At this time I am only doing sessions via telehealth but hope to see clients in person this summer.
