About My Clients
Our ideal client is one who has awareness of how trauma has impacted them or wants to work through their struggles from a trauma and attachment informed lens. We work with children up through adults, and utilize a number of techniques. We work with individuals and couples. Issues range from PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, among other things that can impact us in our day to day life. We work hard to get to know the person(s) and approach helping with collaboration.
My Background and Approach
Our clinicians have different backgrounds that are varied just like our practice! We are down to earth, holistically minded and trauma informed therapists. We are big on meeting the client where they are at, and helping them to find a path forward together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We as a group practice are big on making every client feel comfortable no matter the background they come from. We want to find out each clients identity, what matters to them , their story and find the best way to approach them based on that.
