About My Clients
I best serve capable, successful individuals who aren’t in an obvious crisis but feel a quiet sense of tension, disconnection, or dissatisfaction. Outwardly, you have it together; inwardly, anxiety lingers, relationships feel strained, and achievement no longer brings fulfillment. My practice is a space to slow down and look beneath the surface. Together, we will untangle this unsettled feeling, helping you relate to yourself and your life in a more honest, grounded, and easeful way.
My Background and Approach
True healing happens when advanced clinical expertise meets deeply human care. In our work together, your therapy is backed by rigorous, specialized training designed to help you find lasting relief. To help you heal chronic inner conflict and anxiety, I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), having trained under Frank Anderson, MD. This allows us to gently work with the overwhelmed parts of your mind. To transform relationship patterns, I draw from advanced Attachment Training, giving you the practical tools to build secure, thriving connections. My approach also deeply integrates mindfulness and self-compassion to help you regulate your nervous system. I hold certifications in Buddhist Psychology from Spirit Rock and the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion. As an Insight Timer teacher, I will guide you through practical mindfulness to help you ground yourself in daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My path to becoming a therapist began at 23, when a personal breakdown became my greatest breakthrough. In counseling, I was introduced to Buddhist psychology, mindfulness, and yoga. Through that practice, I learned to drop the mask I wore for the outside world and finally surrender to my own healing. The relational safety I found with my therapist fundamentally changed the trajectory of my life. I came into this field because of this lived experience. Trauma is a part of my story, and anxiety is a lifelong nervous system symptom that I care for daily. I no longer resent these struggles; they have been my greatest teachers in resilience and growth. I have dedicated my career to studying what it means to be human—integrating somatic awareness, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I believe therapy can change your life because it changed mine. It would be an honor to walk alongside you, witnessing your own adventure toward safety and ease.
