About My Clients
Are you and your partner stuck in the same argument on repeat? Do small issues escalate quickly, leaving you feeling unheard, resentful, or emotionally disconnected? I specialize in helping high-conflict couples repair communication, rebuild trust after infidelity, and navigate the added strain of ADHD within relationships. As a Gottman Level 2 trained therapist, I use structured, evidence-based strategies to help partners move from constant tension and defensiveness to productive dialogue an
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Experiential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Gottman Method to support lasting emotional and relational growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I believe that every individual, regardless of background, identity, or circumstance, deserves compassionate, accessible, and effective mental health care. I am particularly passionate about working with children, especially those from marginalized communities, and supporting couples navigating the complex impact of past trauma on present relationships. My goal is to help every client move toward the fulfilling, connected life they envision for themselves. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, experiential approaches, and the Oaklander Model. This integrative framework allows me to meet clients where they are, tailoring care to their unique needs, strengths, and goals. Whether I’m helping a child find their voice through creative expression or guiding a couple toward healthier communication patterns, my approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, and hope.
