About My Clients
My clients should expect to get REAL help while feeling seen and heard. I pride myself on creating a safe space and allowing my clients to feel comfortable while unloading their concerns. Ultimately, I aim to uncover the root causes of dysfunction and teach my client techniques and coping skills to move forward.
My Background and Approach
I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from GSU and a Master's degree in Counseling from Mercer University. I have 5 years of experience specializing in youth, teens, and adults adjusting to life changes, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, traumatic past, and abandonment/attachment issues.
