About My Clients
Most people find their way to my practice when they're feeling burned out and overwhelmed. You may look capable on the outside, but internally you feel scattered, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. Using a body-based approach can really make all the difference between chronic exhaustion and moving into a life with ease and clarity.
How I Can Help You
I’m a direct and compassionate (and on occasion, funny) therapist, licensed in NY and NJ, and I specialize in trauma and burnout recovery. My approach is focused on helping you move past surface-level coping to address the deep-seated survival patterns that keep you stuck. Using EMDR and body-based strategies, we’ll work together to resolve the internal friction that prevents you from feeling centered within yourself. While I’m also neuro-informed and can help folks navigate the ‘wall of overwhelm’, my primary goal is to help you heal underlying life experiences so you can finally stop fighting against yourself and start living with intention.
