I love to work with people who are ready for change, even if they’re not sure what that looks like yet. They may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by grief, navigating a difficult transition, or struggling to make sense of painful experiences from the past. What they all share is a desire to feel more at peace — to understand themselves, to break free from old patterns, and to experience life with greater clarity and purpose.
My Background and Approach
I am trauma certified, EMDR Certified, trained in narrative focused trauma care and clinical hypnotherapy. I practice in the psychodynamic area where we explore how the past influences the present so you can move forward towards a future you want. The work is always collaboratively adapted to your pace and your needs. Together, we can create space for understanding, growth, and hope. It’s time to begin the work of healing — gently, thoughtfully, and at your own pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person carries a story that shapes how they move through the world—its joys, its wounds, its questions, and its hopes. Your story matters. It deserves to be heard, honored, and understood. I believe healing becomes possible when we gently explore the places where your story has become tangled or painful, and when you gain the freedom to rewrite the parts that no longer serve you. Change does not come through force, but through compassionate awareness and the courage to imagine new pathways. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. You do not walk it alone. Together, we listen for what your body, mind, and spirit are trying to tell us. We move at a pace that feels safe. We uncover the wisdom already within you and create space for peace to take root. My goal is always to provide a safe space for change to happen.
