About My Clients
I work with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. Many clients come feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they want to understand and change. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space to explore your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and build greater resilience through trauma-informed care tailored to your unique needs.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and EMDR therapist with 10 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. My clinical background includes working with diverse populations and helping clients navigate complex experiences with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their unique stories. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, safety, and collaboration. I integrate EMDR, DBT, parts work, somatic approaches, and mindfulness practices to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and meaningful change. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe while building skills, processing difficult experiences, and reconnecting with your strengths and resilience. I provide secure telehealth therapy throughout Colorado, offering a supportive space where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered in your healing journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to feel seen, respected, and valued for who they are. I strive to create an affirming and inclusive space where clients can show up authentically and explore their experiences without fear of judgment. As a therapist, I value cultural humility, continued learning, and honoring the unique identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences that shape each person’s story. I am committed to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and creating a welcoming environment for clients of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences. My work is rooted in compassion, social awareness, and the belief that healing happens through connection and safety. Outside of therapy, I find grounding and joy in nature, hiking, paddleboarding, and spending time with my dog. These moments remind me of the importance of slowing down, staying connected, and creating space for growth and restoration.
