I am skilled in helping adolescence, young adults, graduate students, and parents. Issues I specialize include depression, anxiety, parenting, career challenges, self-esteem/confidence issues, relationship problems, school/work performance difficulties, and life transitions. I understand these issues look different for everyone and I will meet you where you are at and individualize treatment to fit your life and lived experiences.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) I can help modify and guide your understandings of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By drawing on your unique strengths, we can work together to reach your goals and give you a better awareness of yourself and what you want out of life. With a focus on mindfulness, we will work together on improving your confidence, self-esteem by drawing on your strengths and past successes. Together we will find new ways of responding and coping with life stressors to provide you with a more wholesome, healthier life.

I take interactive approach and realize that every client is different and adopt my approach to fit the needs of each individual client. Collaboratively, we will work together to deal with life current stressors.
