Our clients are typically 13+ year old, with residence in RI or MA. Our clients usually seek understanding of existing thought patterns, or help with anxiety, stress, major life transitions, or a boost in self-esteem. Empowering Road, LLC is specialized in trauma and trauma-informed care. We also offer family therapy. Want a safe and non-judgmental space to process and better understand yourself? My Background and Approach
Not all therapy and counseling is the same. Empowering Road individualizes the various treatment models of Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness-Based therapeutic interventions, depending on the need and personalized goals of our clients. Whether you’re looking for insight and introspection, to make a change, gain clarity, or increase support in life, we’ve got the options to balance life’s stressors.
