About My Clients
Our clients are typically 13-65 year old, with residence in RI or MA. Our clients usually seek understanding of existing thought patterns, or help with anxiety, stress, major life transitions, or a boost in self-esteem. Empowering Road, LLC is specialized in trauma and trauma-informed care. We also offer family therapy. Want a safe and non-judgmental space to process and better understand yourself? My Background and Approach
Not all therapy and counseling is the same. Empowering Road individualizes the various treatment models of Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness-Based therapeutic interventions, depending on the need and personalized goals of our clients. Whether you’re looking for insight and introspection, to make a change, gain clarity, or increase support in life, we’ve got the options to balance life’s stressors.

We believe the healing journey can be an empowering one. Services at Empowering Road are guided by multi-cultural and multi-encompassing models of healing. This unique approach and client centered experience is what makes us, Empowering Road. We believe in the human propensity and capacity to heal. In our practice, we strive to intrinsically know and understand our clients. Together, we create, tailor, and personalize a treatment course that is truly individualized to promote healing.
