I provide individual counseling for children (8 and older), adolescents and adults, and I am here to help you move towards a healthier future and lifestyle that you have always wanted.
My Background and Approach
I am a cognitive behavioral therapist; I strive to create a warm and inviting environment while helping clients to explore any patterns of functioning that may have limited them from achieving success and happiness. I find that collaborating with my clients to create their treatment goals is one of the keys to helping each individual grow emotionally and physically happier and healthier. My clients take active roles in their own journey toward a better tomorrow. I have also received training from PostPartum Support International in Maternal Mental Health.
