If you’re here right now, you might be feeling disconnected from yourself. I guide spiritually seeking women in releasing bodily emotions from childhood wounds to create a deeper relationship with themselves. As someone who has gone through anxiety and adverse experiences, I know that feeling of disconnection well. This is common after trauma and many women go (and grow) through this. I want you to know that there is a path back to the essence of who you are.
My Background and Approach
By using EMDR, Parts work, meditation, Reiki, yoga, and crystal healing, we can co-create this new reality. Together, we honor your mind, body, and spirit. This holistic approach allows you to embrace your wholeness. I received a Master of Social Work in 2021 and have 5+ years of experience specializing in helping adults and children recover from physical, sexual, and emotional trauma. I am trained in EMDR and a certified TIR facilitator and trainer. I became a registered Yoga Teacher in 2020 and a Reiki Level II Practioner in 2022. These tools have supported my trauma recovery journey and I am grateful to use them with clients today.
