About My Clients
Motherhood can feel overwhelming and lonely when anxiety or sadness takes hold. Are you struggling to feel like yourself? You’re not alone or failing. Many moms face these challenges and the big shift of becoming “mom.” I’m here to support you with kindness and understanding, helping you find calm, confidence, and joy again. Together, we’ll explore gentle tools to help you feel grounded, heard, and empowered on your unique journey of motherhood.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #007231) in Georgia with a Master of Social Work from Boston College, where I specialized in Clinical Mental Health and Trauma. I’ve worked with clients of all ages, from teenagers to older adults, and across diverse backgrounds. My experience spans private practice and corporate settings, helping people manage anxiety, depression, workplace stress, burnout, domestic violence, human sex trafficking, and substance use. I specialize in supporting mothers through perinatal and postpartum challenges, including anxiety, postpartum depression, and the transition to motherhood. I also work with couples and families to improve communication and resolve conflicts. Using strength-based, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused therapies, I create a warm, flexible, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to heal, build resilience, and thrive.
