About My Clients
My clients seek balance and a reprieve from affects of psychological distress on the mind and body. They seek a collaborative, inclusive, and affirming provider to help re-discover the power of their voice, understand their pattens, identify inherent strengths, and bravely lean into self-acceptance to improve their relationship with themselves and others. My clients seek an integrative treatment approach specialized to meet their unique needs and are tired or a one-size fits all therapy.
My Background and Approach
You are invited to an inclusive and validating environment for you to explore your personal history. We will work together to understand how your unique life experiences have informed your feelings, thought patterns, actions, reactions, habits, concerns, communication style and relationship dynamics. Our work will be trauma-informed, culturally inclusive, direct, empathic, creative, humor filled, self-empowering help you to meet your personal goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Though we cannot change the past, we can change how it affects our future. With trust and curiosity, we can examine the influence relational harms had our mind, body, and relationships. Our work will show us how we adjust & survive, what changes occurred as a result of our experiences, what changes are yet to be made to find balance and remind us of great inherent strength and wisdom we have to move forward and feel whole
