About My Clients
Maybe you feel like life is not worth living anymore. Like no one has your back. Maybe you find yourself saying, “I’m going to fail anyway, so why even try?” Or maybe you want to start moving on with your life, but do not know where to even begin. It is totally possible to heal from life’s hurts and disappointments! It is totally possible to get “unstuck,” so that you can begin living your best life! It all starts with knowing that you are not ALONE.
My Background and Approach
Together we will develop your wellness goals, and I will help you gain clarity, and unpack the “hows” and “whys” of your life’s challenges. This will be the key to stepping into your new life of positivity and possibilities. My niches include depression, anxiety, bipolar, and life transitions. I use a client centered, strengths-based approach, along with the treatment modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
