Anxiety is an overwhelming sense of worry, and nervousness about an event or situation, that we have absolutely no control over. There are a number of techniques that can be utilized, in order to better manage symptoms of anxiety. This starts with identifying events, beliefs about the events, and consequences that lead up to it, and then beginning to reframe.
There are 2 types of Bipolar Disorders- Type 1 is characterized by more severe manic episodes, along with depression. Type 2 involves a less severe mania (hypomania). Both impact a person's thoughts, moods, and behaviors. Identifying patterns in thoughts, moods, behaviors, sleep etc. can help tremendously with developing a plan for treatment.
There are 4 common types of depression- Major Depression, Persistent Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Seasonal Affective . Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques are very helpful in treating depression.
