About My Clients
I am extremely successful in working with teenage girls. Several pediatricians referred teenagers to me since my clients reported good experiences with me. I also enjoy working with couples to improve their relationship and connection. Christian couples who are interested in strengthening their relationship should call me. It is easy to feel hopeless in the middle of a new fight within a few sessions, most of my couples feel closer and fight less.
My Background and Approach
Communication issues or infidelity are the two top areas that I work with. My third area of expertise is working with individuals going thru difficult life situations. Divorce, separation, anxiety, and depression are some of the issues that I frequently help clients process and heal. My clients have told me that they appreciate my gentle support, knowledge, and guidance. I use a mixture of two research-based approaches: The Gottman approach and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
