About My Clients

I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, especially in their relationships. Many of my clients are exploring identity, navigating anxiety, or working through relational patterns that no longer serve them. I am especially passionate about working with the LGBTQIAP+ community and those seeking Queer-informed, sex-positive, and kink-affirming care. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and able to show up fully as yourself.

My Background and Approach

My approach is relational, attachment-focused, and grounded in the belief that our patterns make sense in the context of our lived experiences. I help you explore how your relationships—past and present—shape the way you feel, respond, and connect. I also incorporate somatic and mindfulness-based practices, influenced by Buddhist teachings, to support you in reconnecting with your body and nervous system. This can help you move out of overwhelm or disconnection and into a greater sense of steadiness and clarity. Together, we work to deepen insight, shift patterns, and create more secure, meaningful relationships. I also offer EMDR to help heal unresolved or "stuck" traumatic experiences.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My work is shaped by feminist, Queer, and anti-oppressive perspectives. I believe that many of the struggles people bring into therapy don’t exist in a vacuum: they are shaped by larger systems, including gender norms, racism, heteronormativity, and other forms of structural inequality. I aim to hold both the personal and the political in our work together, honoring your lived experience within these broader contexts. I am committed to creating a space that is affirming of LGBTQIAP+ identities, sex-positive, and respectful of diverse relationship structures and ways of being. I value curiosity, humility, and ongoing learning, and I strive to show up as a therapist who is thoughtful about power, identity, and the impact of culture in the therapeutic relationship.
