About My Clients
I am currently accepting adult clients who need and want help exploring their thoughts and feelings, navigating challenges, mobilizing hope, and taking care of themselves. I aim to foster an environment of connection where clients can begin their journey towards healing, wellness, and growth.
My Background and Approach
Over the past 15 years, I have worked in both community and mental health settings, and public and private schools. I have worked with a very diverse clientele and am fluent in French. In my practice, I bring a trauma-informed perspective to sessions, recognizing the impact or past experiences on present-day well-being while helping you find peace and meaning. I believe in the power of human connection and belonging. I believe that we all need space and time to look inward and find peace within ourselves. I value diversity and have a strong social justice focus. I want you to come as you are.
