Pediatric and Adult clients welcome. Through a strength based and relational approach I am able to provide you with individualized recommendations based on your needs. My approach is empathic, integrative, and individualized, guided by the activities and goals that you identify as most important. I offer a collaborative and nonjudgmental space to help you identify your strengths and values, and to work towards building a life and relationships that are meaningful.

With doctorate degrees and a background in psychology, occupational therapy, holistic nutrition, my approach is empathic, integrative, and individualized. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life is complicated, with many factors that contribute to our personal successes and perceived challenges. I work with you to understand current sources of discomfort and frustration, to reshape systems and situations causing distress. For many, taking the initial step to start therapy is often complicated by personal expectations and self-judgment regarding what they “could” have done differently in the past, or what they “should” be able to change (on their own).
