About My Clients
You may be questioning your relationship with substances, newly sober, or adjusting to life after rehab, PHP, or IOP. While others see progress, you may still be struggling with cravings, stress, loneliness, or fear of relapse. My clients want more than abstinence—they want a stable, meaningful life in recovery. Together, we build practical skills, emotional resilience, and confidence to support lasting recovery and long-term well-being.
My Background and Approach
I believe recovery is about more than abstinence—it's about reconnecting with the person beneath the addiction. Many of my clients are insightful, sensitive individuals whose authentic selves have been buried by trauma, shame, and survival patterns. My role is to help you build self-awareness, resilience, and a meaningful life in recovery. As a first-generation South Asian American, I offer a culturally responsive space where clients feel understood and supported.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels both supportive and appropriately challenging. I believe recovery is deeply personal, and I do not prescribe a single path to healing. Whether you're exploring sobriety, early recovery, or life after treatment, we will build a recovery approach that aligns with your values, goals, and authentic self. My approach balances compassion with accountability. I provide a nonjudgmental space to explore difficult emotions, patterns, and experiences while helping you identify what may be standing in the way of the life you want to build. Together, we'll strengthen self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical tools for recovery. I believe healing involves learning to slow down, tolerate discomfort, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and move beyond survival mode. Recovery is not just about abstinence—it's about creating a life rooted in purpose, authenticity, connection
