My passion is to work with women in various stages of adulthood who are facing trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, life transition stressors , grief, Burnout, and conflicts within relationships. I specialize in working with new moms experiencing prenatal mood disorders. Additionally, I have training in EMDR for working with trauma-related issues.

My passion is to work with women in various stages of adulthood who are facing trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, life transition stressors , grief, Burnout, and conflicts within relationships. ***I'm interested in working with young adults navigating life transitions and overcoming obstacles in their personal and professional lives. ***I am also specialized in working with new moms experiencing perinatal mood disorders. ***Additionally, I have training in EMDR for working with trauma-related issues.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all human beings are creative and resilient in all stages of life and have a unique capacity to create change in how they perceive themselves and their relationship with others. Deep changes can be difficult and people may find themselves getting stuck in a vicious and repetitive cycles in attempts to solve their problem. With a compassionate and strength-based approach, I value diversity and have a particular interest in serving immigrant individuals, couples, and families, as well as the LGBTQI community. My goal is to provide a caring, non-judgmental, and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, heal from challenges and trauma, and develop resilience. I am dedicated to helping clients create positive transformations in their lives.
