My Background and Approach
Your identities are honored and accepted here. My therapeutic approach integrates the intersections of your experience so you can heal in wholeness through acceptance and authenticity. Some of the modalities I employ include EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotional Processing, CBT, and Person-Centered Therapy. We specialize in serving individuals struggling with childhood adversities, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, racial/biracial issues, gender issues, ADHD, and issues of polyamorous/non-monogamous relationships. We also specialize in working with those who are high-performers or highly stressful careers (Doctors, Attorneys, Enlisted military, Public relations, and Entrepreneurs)
