About My Clients

I guide people who are interested in a spiritual approach to therapy. We begin each session with a guided meditation to ground and attune our nervous systems. We slow things down enough to listen to what our bodies, hearts, and spirit are really communicating. From there, the work unfolds intuitively as we navigate what wants to be witnessed, processed, moved. With mindfulness we journey towards liberation.

My Background and Approach

I graduated from Naropa University with a Master’s in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology. I offer Indigenous Body Centered Mindfulness therapy-a blend of Indigineous healing, Buddhist Psychology, witchy tools and Somatics for unraveling trauma, ancestral wounds, karmic knots and more. I offer a radically compassion space where your authentic self, parts that have been too scared to come out on their own, and most difficult memories feel safe to be seen. With embodied radical compassion, we shine a light to the places you do not have to navigate alone. If you feel called to experience this kind of support, I invite you to schedule a free consultation for Indigenous Body-Centered Mindfulness Therapy. Let’s see what healing can unfold together.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a Buddhist, I believe everyone is whole and good at their core. My practice is to guide you back to yourself, to your body, and to your inherent wisdom. I am fat, queer, and neurodivergent positive. I am trained in trauma recovery. I am anti-racist and here for decolonization and collective liberation. Western Psychotherapy relies on diagnosis, treatment plans, and interventions. As a therapist decolonizing healing, I do not work within these systems that often lack connection.  I am honored that people trust me with their deepest and most challenging feelings and experiences. Before I use any tool or modality at my disposal, I  prioritize genuine good-hearted connection with my clients. I am also a writer and a poet. I am sober and in 12 step recovery. I love to hike and Ecstatic Dance :)
